1. IT Manager
• Bsc of Computer Science, or any related field, International University Graduate is Preferable
• 10 Years Experience
• System Analysis Experience is a Must
• Real Estate Development and/ or FMCG’s Background is a Must
• Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
• Excellent Leadership Skills
2. Sales Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technically Related Field, International University Graduate is Preferable
• Real Estate Development Back ground is a Must
• Minimum 5 years of Successful Sales Management Experience
• Experience with ERP Systems is a Plus
• Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
• Proficient in the Use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Hard Worker with Excellent Delegation and Follow-up Skill
3. Purchasing Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Technically Related Field, International University Graduate is Preferable
• Minimum 5 years Experience with Procurement
• Real Estate Development and/ or FMCG’s Background is a Must
• Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
• Proficient in the Use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Supply Chain Management Knowledge Is a Plus
4. Security Manager
• Military Service Experience is a Must
• Previous Experience with Real Estate Development Projects
• Construction Sites Security Experience is Required
• Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
• Proficient in the Use of Microsoft Office Applications
5. Administration Manager
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, International University Graduate is Preferable
• Real Estate Development and/ or FMCG’s Background is a Must
• Minimum 5 years Experience
• Experience in Facilities Management is an Asset
• Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
• Proficient in the Use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong Attention to details and Organizational Skills are Required
6. Financial Analyst
• Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Accounting or Finance, International University Graduate is Preferable
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in the Field of Finance
• Real Estate Development and/ or FMCG’s Background is a Must
• Proficient in both English & Arabic languages
• Proficient in the Use of Microsoft Office Applications
• CFA and/ or MBA is an Added Value
7. Engineers (All Specializations)
• International University Graduate is Preferable
• Fresh Graduates and/ or with 3 years of Experience
• Experience with Multi-Nationals is a Plus
• Primavera is a Must
• Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
• Proficient in the Use of Microsoft Office Applications
• PMP is an Added Value
8. Marketing Specialist
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related Field, International University Graduate is Preferable
• Minimum of 2 years Experience in Marketing
• Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
• Proficient in the Use of Microsoft Office Applications
• Must Possess a Keen Analytical Mind and be a Demonstrably Creative Thinker
• Must possess Substantial Skills in Written and Oral Communication
9. Sales Representatives
• International University Graduate is Preferable
• Minimum of 1 year Experience in Sales Principles
• Real Estate Development Background is a Must
• Proficient in both English & Arabic Languages
